Personal Experience

For the past 30+ years, I have been representing clients of all types, including personal injury clients. As a former municipal prosecutor, I now defend the citizens before numerous Municipal courts throughout Bergen, Essex, Morris, Union, and Passaic Counties; and I assist persons in the Superior Court in complex litigation throughout the state.


For the past 22 years, I have been assisting persons in financial hardship, 10 years as a Partner in a Bankruptcy Law Firm, and since 2012 in my firm. All the while, quietly working on behalf of my son, who has a disability, to make sure that the education he gets, is the best the school system can provide.


I am now ready to assist you, with my over 30 years of legal/mediation and trial experience to help you get the "financial fresh start" through bankruptcy, making sure your child is getting all the benefits he/she is entitled to receive, take care of that traffic ticket or help with various other matters.
